Sailor Romper

Thursday, 23 June 2011

We purchased these 2 rompers on Gmarket a few weeks back but the size was super super big...think it could easily fit kids who are 2 years old and above. We finally managed to changed the romper size to a smaller one from the seller but still it is very big for Aiden to wear now. But i doubt we'll have to wait for long as he's growing at quite a fast rate. He is now already able to wear clothes for 6 mths old and above.

Polo T-shirts from Gmarket

Tuesday, 21 June 2011

Yesterday BB gave me a surprise by opening a package from Gmarket. Inside it were 2 Polo tees from Korea which we saw a few days ago and they were slightly more expensive. I liked them very much and wanted to buy it but BB said that they were too expensive so in the end we didn't buy. Secretly, he went to order them from Gmarket to surprise me.

Motherhood Fair

Sunday, 5 June 2011

Today we went to the Motherhood fair with Donny, Mindy and mother-in-law. It was the last day of the exhibition so it was pretty crowded. Some of the stalls were already packing up when we arrived at 7.30pm.

We saw the rotating tiggle for the cot selling at a discount for $29.90, which is about $10 cheaper than John Little or other departmental stores. We immediately bought it as we have been looking for a cheap and nice one for a very long time. The ones at the departmental stores are very expensive and the cheapers models are very fragile and the dolls very shabby.

We also bought 3 Poney tops for Aiden which was on sale for $9 each.

It was getting late and we haven't had our dinner yet. So we went to Lerk Thai at the Expo for dinner. We had stir-fry minced chicken with basil leave, beef, baby kailan, fish cake in spicy sauce, fried egg and 2 small bowls of tom yam soup. We shared a portion of mango with glutinous rice for dessert.

We then rush over to John Little which was also exhibiting and it is also the last day already. There was an additional 10% discount given for all products.

Daddy bought a pair of grey Pedro working shoes which was on 50% off. Although it was on sale, the shoes still cost $69.90, which is quite expensive to me. He was so lucky as there was only 1 last pair of size 41. We also bought our usual fried ikan bilis and peanuts.

Mini Jumpers

Saturday, 14 May 2011

Finally, these mini jumpers came after 20 days of shipment. Got them from Singsale.com...3 pcs for $44 and the quality is reasonably good. Can't wait for Aiden to grow up so that he can wear them.

Foxs Warehouse Sale

Monday, 9 May 2011

Last Saturday after dim sum at Old Hong Kong, we went to the Foxs warehouse sale and bought a few tops and bottoms again for Aiden. In total, after deducting the $5 coupon, we spent $56 there. Prices for baby and kids wear start from $6-$23. Couldn't find anything nice for ourselves. Can't wait for Aiden to quickly grow up so that he can wear all these nice and cute clothings.

New Clothes

Friday, 29 April 2011

Aiden is growing bigger each day and growing really FAST! He can't put on some of his clothes anymore. So on and off when we see something nice or on sale, we'll buy it for him, especially the impulsive me. My sisters Helen and Diana, and cousin Alvin also bought some baby clothes for him as gifts.

We went to the Mothercare sale at Habourfront Centre and was pretty disappointed with the sale selection. Didn't managed to get great deals at all except for a few sleeping rompers.

New Stroller

Aiden is getting heavier so we bought a stroller for Aiden at the OG baby sale at $159.  The stroller came with a free backpack and milk bottles...was a good buy.
